Estre Ambiental, Inc. is engaged in the provision of a full range of waste-related and environmental services, which comprises of every step of the waste management chain. It operates through the following business segments: Collection & Cleaning Services, Landfills and Oil & Gas. The Collection & Cleaning Services segment includes, primarily, household collection, pursuant to exclusive contracts with municipalities across Brazilian states. The Landfills segment refers to the ownership and operation of portfolio of landfills in Brazil, which is consist of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste. The Oil & Gas segment provides on-site and off-site biological remediation of contaminated soil, primarily to one main client, Petrobras. The company was founded by Wilson Quintella Filho and Gisele Mara de Moraes in 1999 and is headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil.
