Cemat A/S, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, is a real estate enterprise actively involved in the management, development, and divestment of properties, predominantly situated in Warsaw. Its operations are organized into two principal divisions. The Property Management segment oversees the rental of premises and land, additionally supplying essential utilities such as electricity, water, natural gas, and a range of facility services to its occupants. Conversely, the Property Development division is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing new construction ventures, with a primary focus on residential and commercial spaces. Established in 1959, the company was known as Topsil Semiconductor Materials A/S before adopting its current name, Cemat A/S, in July 2016.
