Arctic Paper S.A. is a Polish-based holding company primarily involved in the paper manufacturing industry. Its operations are segmented into three graphic paper categories: fine paper, newsprint, and magazine paper. The company's core activities revolve around the production and sale of high-quality graphic fine papers, encompassing both uncoated and coated varieties. These are marketed under various brands including Amber, G-Print, Munken, Pamo, Arctic, L-Print, and AP Tech. Its product range features uncoated and coated wood-free papers, as well as uncoated wood-containing papers. Arctic Paper manages four production facilities situated in Kostrzyn, Poland; Munkedals and Grycksbo, Sweden; and Mochenwangen, Germany. Its customer base spans printing companies, distributors, publishers, and advertising agencies. As the parent entity of the Arctic Paper Capital Group, the company's ownership structure has evolved; notably, by December 31, 2011, Arctic Paper AB of Sweden owned a 74.8% stake. Additionally, on February 26, 2013, Arctic Paper S.A. increased its shareholding in Rottenros AB to 54.2%.
