This segment also includes souvenir and specialty merchandise stores within its leisure parks. The Hotels segment oversees a collection of hotels, both owned and leased, integrated within its various resorts, providing accommodation for approximately 2,300 guests. Lastly, the Real Estate segment is dedicated to the development, construction, and sale of residential apartments and associated infrastructure. Originally incorporated in 1992 as Jasná Nízke Tatry, a.s., the entity adopted its current name, Tatry mountain resorts, a.s., in June 2009.
